Hello cowgirl in the sand

Once among the more zealous missionaries trying to save souls lost in the Usenet sewers, Lynette Warren is a gifted and insightful writer. For my now dormant (but not dead) Union Square Journal she composed such otherworldly pieces as Bestiality and the Berkeley Syndrome and Under the Mistletoe with Sinn Fein. Then, one day, without a word, she up and ran off with the Dalton Gang, and I haven't heard from her since. Until yesterday.

Now, who would I be to complain about a stingy ladle of sarcasm, especially given the years Lynette has spent sharing the Dalton's gamey camp stew in the wilderness of solipsistic isolation. But still...
