One of the toughest hounds that ever lived

The great Brutus, sometime during his 17th and last year, up on the roof of The Cocktail Hour's Manhattan building. In his earlier years Brutus took no guff from other dogs. A nasty Akita once approached and started up with him in the park and found itself pinned to the cobblestones by the neck in less than a second.
